About Dr. Blake

Dr. Blake, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is the founder of Therapy Confidential & Consulting, LLC., specializing in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and self-esteem management.

Her education includes a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, a Post Masters Certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Clinical Management, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and an Associate in Nursing.

Dr. Blake’s diversified clinical background has enriched her clinical skills and life’s perspective. She has experience in geriatrics, oncology, correctional services, addiction treatment, LGBTQ+ and psychiatric services.

She has endured trauma, divorce, and the loss of a child. Dr. Blake believes in treating the whole being, mind, body, and soul.
